    כְּשֶׁאֶחָד צוֹעֵק לְהַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ, אוֹמְרִים לוֹ לִסַּע, כְּמוֹ שֶׁכָּתוּב (שמות י״ד:ט״ו): מַה תִּצְעַק אֵלָי, דַּבֵּר אֶל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְיִסָּעוּ:

    When a person screams out to God, they tell him to move. As it is written (Exodus 14:15), “Why are you crying out to Me? Speak to the Children of Israel and let them start moving.”
