וששאלת אם הקטנים יכולים להנשא מן הנכסים כדרך שנישאו הגדולים בחיי אביהן ושוב יחלקו הנכסים הנותרים. לא כן אלא יחלקו הנכסים בשוה כדתנן פ' יש נוחלין (בבא בתרא דף קל"ט.) הניח בנים גדולים וקטנים וכו' עד ואמרו הקטנים הרי אנו נישאין כדרךעצ"ל. שנישאתם שנישאת אין שומעין להן אלא מה שנתן להן אביהן נתן פי' ירויחו הגדולים כל מה שנתן להם בחייו:
Q. A married off his sons and gave them marriage gifts. Subsequently A died. Are the unmarried sons entitled to receive marriage gifts from A's estate, and is only the remainder of the estate to be equally divided among the sons? A.
