דבר אחר מי יתן ראשי מים, אמר הקב"ה (אלולי) [הלואי] לא ירדתי להר סיני ונתתי להם תורכה שיעברו עליה ויענשו בה. ואין ראשי אלא תורה שנאמר ה' קנני ראשית דרכו קדם מפעליו מאז, בוא וראה (במי יתן), משה מקלסם במי יתן שנא' מי יתן והיה לבבם זה להם, וירמיה אמר מי יתן ראשי מים, אמר דניאל והוא מהשנא עדניא וזמניא. כשיצאו ישראל ממצרים אמר משה ויושע ה' ביום ההוא את ישראל, וכשיצאו ישראל מירושלים אמר ירמיה נתנני ה' בידי לא אוכל קום. כשיצאו ישראל ממצרים אמר משה היתה יהודה לקדשו ישראל ממשלותיו, וכשיצאו ישראל מירושלים אמר ירמיה סורו טמא קראו למו סורו סורו וגו' (צאו משם). כשיצאו ישראל ממצרים אמר משה הים ראה וינוס הירדן יסוב לאחור, וכשיצאו ישראל מירושלים אמר ירמיה על נהרות בבל שם ישבנו גם בכינו. כשיצאו ישראל ממצרים אמר משה ההרים רקדו כאילים, וכשיצאו ישראל מירושלים אמר ירמיה ראיתי (את) ההרים והנה רועשים. כשיצאו ישראל ממצרים אמר משה זה ארבעים שנה ה' אלהיך עמך לא חסרך דבר, וכשיצאו ישראל מירושלים אמר ירמיה עוללים שאלו לחם פורש אין להם. כשיצאו ישראל ממצרים אמר משה ובמדבר אשר ראית אשר נשאך ה' אלהיך כאשר ישא איש את בנו, וכשיצאו מירושלים אמר ירמיה השליך משמים ארץ תפארת ישראל. כשיצאו ממצרים אמר משה ואתם הדבקים בה' אלהיכם חיים וגו', וכשיצאו מירושלים אמר ירמיה דבק לשון יונק אל חכו בצמא. כשיצאו ממצרים אמר משה וענן ה' אליהם יומם, וכשיצאו מירושלים אמר ירמיה סכותה בענן לך מעבור תפלה. כשיצאו ממצרים בשירה יצאו שנאמר אז ישיר משה ובני ישראל את השירה, וכשיצאו מירושלים בבכיה יצאו שנאמר בכה תבכה בלילה ודמעתה על לחיה:
