הלוקח טלית מצוייצת מישראל או מתגר א"י כשירה אבל אם לקחו מהא"י שאינו תגר פסולה ואין מוכרין טלית מצוייצת לא"י:
20. One who purchases a fringed tallit from a Jew or from a non–Jewish trader, it is fit for use, but if he purchased it from a non–Jew who is not a trader, it is unusable. One does not sell a fringed tallit to a non–Jew.
