The same is true of revealing to another that Ploni has robbed or harmed him, or the like. This is not permitted unless all the aforementioned conditions are met and he reproved him [the thief, etc.] in the beginning and his reproof was not accepted. But without this, it is forbidden (viz. above, Principle 1, section 3). And how much must one take heed, not to give himself a heter immediately in these things, until he has reflected carefully in the beginning if all the conditions have been met. For it not so, he is very likely to transgress the absolute negative transgression of rechiluth.
