יש אומרים דאין מקדשין אלא במקום נר; ויש אומרים שאין הקידוש תלוי בנר, וצריך להיזהר כסברה הראשונה לקדש במקום נר, כי כן ראוי להיות ע"פ הסוד, ורק בשביל צורך והכרח גדול יש לסמוך על סברה השניה.
