1א. מִי שֶׁמְּשַׁתֵּף אֶת עַצְמוֹ בְּצָרוֹת יִשְׂרָאֵל וּמִתְפַּלֵּל עֲלֵיהֶם, עַל יְדֵי זֶה בָּא לַעֲנָוָה.A person who empathizes with the suffering of the Jewish people and prays for them acquires humility.
