    אַשְׁרֵי אִישׁ יָרֵא אֶת ה' בְּמִצְוֹתָיו חָפֵץ מְאֹד. פֵּירוּשׁ שֶׁהַש"י חָפֵץ מְאוֹד בְּמִצְוֹת וּמַעֲשִׂים טוֹבִים שֶׁל יְרֵא ה'.

    “Fortunate is the man who fears God, and greatly desires His mitzvot.” (Tehilim, 112:1)
    This means that God greatly desires the fulfillment of the mitzvot and the ethical behavior of those who fear Him.
