ובהגיע תור נערה ונערה לבוא אל המלך וגו'. לעיל פ' בחקותי אות ב' מבואר סוד הענין, שקאי על הניצוצין קדישין הנתונים בעמקי הקליפות, ולפי ששם הם מנוערין מכל טוב נקראים נערה, אבל צריכים להתאמץ להוציא אותן ממאסר, ולהדביקם בשורשן, וזהו לבא אל המלך עיי"ש:
Now when the turn of every maiden came to go in to king Achashverus. . . (ibid. 2:12) This refers to the spark of holiness that exists in the depths of the impure shells. Because in that place, all the goodness has been shaken out of them, they are called “maidens.”6The word maiden, na’arah, is related to the word “to shake out,” mino’ar, because the holiness found in these sparks has been “shaken out” of them, until almost nothing remains. However, we must be strong to free them from this enslavement, and to attach them to their source. This is “to go into the King.”
